FAQ
Open Apply for ID Card, fill in your details, upload a passport-style photo and submit. You'll get a tracking number. Students already on the school roll are usually added by the office directly.
Usually 2–3 working days after the office reviews your application. You can check any time on the Application Status page with your tracking number and mobile number.
A recent, front-facing passport-style photo on a plain light background. The tool lets you crop it to the correct 3:4 ratio. Maximum size 8 MB (JPG/PNG).
Report it to the ID card office. They will revoke the old card (so its QR shows REVOKED) and reissue a new one — a small reissue fee may apply as set by the institution.
Every card has a unique QR. Scanning it opens a verification page showing the holder's photo, name, class and validity with a VERIFIED / EXPIRED / REVOKED badge — so anyone can confirm the card is genuine.
Yes. Once your application is approved and the card is generated, go to Download Card, enter your application number and mobile/date of birth, and download the PDF or image.
